Das Entfernen von Rost an Uhrenteilen ist sehr einfach und schonend
falls richtig durchgeführt.

Elektrolytisches Entrosten
Die einzige akzeptable Methode ist das elektrolytische Entrosten. In
einem Bad mit Natronlauge wird mittels Gleichstrom die Rostschicht
vollständig entfernt, ohne Angreifen des noch vorhandenen Eisens.

Removing rust form

rust from clock parts is an easy and not harmful process if done the
right way.
!!!! Never use any acid !!!!
Otherwise,
you will destroy parts that can never be recovered!
Removing rust using an
electrolyte
The only acceptable way to remove rust, is using a bath containing
"natron" as an electrolyte
and DC-current. This will remove the rust completely without attacking
the iron.
